Processing Times

Ready-to-Ship Items

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Custom Orders

  • Custom and made-to-order items require 1–2 weeks of processing time before shipment.

  • Processing time may vary slightly depending on order volume, design complexity, or holidays. If there are any delays, you will be notified.

Shipping

  • Shipping times and prices vary based on location and weight of package. 

  • Once an order has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages.

  • Tracking information will be provided when available. If you experience any issues with tracking your shipment, feel free to reach out for assistance.

  • Any issues with delivery must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • If an item is returned to me due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.
