• Each piece is carefully crocheted by hand and often made to order, making every item unique and not easily resold.

• Hats and wearable items are personal pieces, and we prioritize cleanliness and care for all customers.

Customer Care

While we do not accept returns, your happiness matters. If your item arrives damaged due to a craftsmanship issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will do our best to make it right. Repairs or replacements may be offered at our discretion.
